Use the above oils in a freshly drawn hot bath. Lie back and inhale deeply. May also dilute the above oils in 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and massage into the back and chest.

ADDITIONAL INTERESTING RANTS & RAVES: There are over 700 different types of Eucalyptus trees in the world, over 500 of them can be used to produce essential oil. The yummiest variety, Blue Gum Eucalyptus, is the most easily recognized. It is the pungent, fresh, penetrating aroma most of us can associate with chest cold and sport injury rubs. It is great anytime of the year, though I like it best after a long surf. It feels great on a sunburn diluted to 6 drops to one tablespoon of a vegetable carrier oil.
